1. Service Description

BidCatch is a tender monitoring service that aggregates publicly available bid and procurement opportunities from government and municipal websites across Ontario, Canada. We use automated tools to collect, classify, and present this data to help businesses discover relevant opportunities.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially republish tender data obtained through BidCatch
• Use the service to engage in any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the scraping infrastructure

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, BidCatch aggregates data from third-party sources using automated extraction. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of tender information. Always verify critical details (closing dates, requirements, submission instructions) directly with the issuing organization before submitting a bid.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

BidCatch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed bid opportunities, inaccurate data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Beta Disclaimer

BidCatch is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may experience occasional downtime or data gaps. Your feedback during this period is valuable and helps us improve the product.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
